Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Alpacalist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Alpacalist is
Alpacalist is a packing list app that lets you create reusable lists and organize them into trips. We're currently in beta — features may change and we make no guarantees about uptime or data retention during this period.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to use Alpacalist. One person per account — don't share accounts.
4. Your content
Your packing lists, trips, and data belong to you. You grant us permission to store and display them to operate the service. We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Alpacalist to do anything illegal, to spam other users, to attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service, or to circumvent security measures.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. No warranty
Alpacalist is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, especially during the beta period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alpacalist and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
